Good news! Woori Mobile is now offering FREE Incheon Airport pickup service to maximize convenience for customers. You can order any Prepaid SIM cards or Data Sim cards and choose Airport pickup.
Documents will be required to reserve the service, please check carefully the product you want to reserve the service with (Documents for Prepaid sim cards must be sent 2 days in advance while those for Data sim cards must be sent before 3PM of the previous day)

How to pick up the sim card?

MUST READ BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE
1. The service is only available for paid and completed orders. If you have not paid or sent the documents, the request will not be processed.
2. Pickup request for Prepaid sim must be made at least 2 days in advance, and request for Data sim must be made before 3PM of previous day of pickup date.
3. For Prepaid sim card:
- The pickup is available 24/7, however, the activation is only available during working hours - from 10:30AM to 7:30PM.
- After collecting your sim card at the pick-up location, please contact us online to activate it then you can start using.
4. For Data sim card: Pick up and activation available 24/7.
5. Change to other delivery method or cancellation of pick-up service is only allowed if made at least 2 days before the scheduled pick-up date.
6. No refund for late changes or late cancellation
