The process to order a prepaid SIM card:
- Place an order online and send your information via email.
- Receive your package including documents from us and the sim card.
- Fill out the documents and send us to activate the sim.
Please note that our SIM card is a NANO physical one, please make sure your phone has
SIM SLOT before purchasing ^^
Due to a policy change from April 1st, online service is not available. Therefore, delivery and Airport service for prepaid SIM cards will be stopped temporarily. Customers must visit our store in person to register a plan.
